Mr. Safazadeh is a Ph.D graduate from the University of Utah in the Transportation and Highway Engineering group with an emphasis on asphalt pavement. He has experienced research and teaching background with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. His expertise in the investigation of fatigue cracking via evaluation of fractures in viscoelastic medium.
